As a non-parent I actually really enjoy reading stories about combining a writing life with parenting - I admire you guys tremendously, to be able to get plugging away at it regardless and keep taking that time out for yourself. I have twin three year old boys, and my wife is expecting baby number three any moment, and most of my spare time recently has been chewed up painting baby-rooms and trying to fit safety seats into cars. Then I read your blog post. I'm so relieved to hear it's not just me in this situation. So, sincerest thanks, and all the best with your writing. I hope both of us can continue to find at least some time to spare, in the midst of what is unquestionably of much higher importance.
